Built to Build is an AI-powered business guidance tool that uses astrology and Human Design frameworks to generate personalized reports and ongoing clarity support. The platform includes one-time report purchases and a monthly subscription service called the Operating System.

All content generated by this platform — including business reports, blueprints, weekly check-in responses, and decision filter analyses — is intended for entertainment and self-development purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. AI-generated interpretations are based on symbolic frameworks including astrology and Human Design and do not constitute predictions, guarantees, or professional recommendations of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content generated here.

The Operating System is a monthly subscription billed at the price shown at the time of purchase.

• Billing occurs monthly on the date of your initial subscription
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date
• We do not provide refunds for the current billing period after cancellation

The Business Direction Report and Business Blueprint are one-time purchases.

Because reports are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a report has been generated and delivered to your account. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us at builttobuild@proton.me and we will resolve it.

The Operating System includes a community feed accessible to active subscribers. By posting in the community, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not post spam, promotional content, or links to external services without permission
• Not post content that is harassing, discriminatory, or harmful to others
• Not share another member's private information without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any community post that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our systems.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quest Circle and Yeom Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or the content it generates.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
